Honestly, when I opened the first outlet of Burrito Fiesta in 2025, I was not just looking to open a restaurant. I was looking for kind of food experience that I felt was missing in the town or something different that people have not tasted. I wanted to build A outlet which is affordable and the quality of food is great, establishing the ultimate Burrito cafe in raipur.

Do You know the feeling when you are hungry, and you want to grab a quick roll and it’s not that great? It’s soggy, does not a lot of flavour, and feels like waste of money. I hated that. I wanted something that is actually good in taste and filled with protein, tasty and made with spices, we use vegetables that are fresh to ensure we are one of the top burrito places in raipur serving the best Mexican food in raipur.

We Started our first outlet here in Raipur and we learned a lot of things. It was not just about the recipes though we spent way too much time perfecting the amount and type of seasoning we use in our paneer and chicken. It was about building a brand from the ground so that people actually felt a connection with it and enjoyed the finest mexican fusion in raipur.
